Town Bank Heist
The goal of this project was to take an empty spot in Fallout 4 and turn it into an interesting encounter. To achieve this I created a small town with multiple buildings for the player to explore.
The Town

From the road, the player will find a locked bank which may prompt the player to explore the town more where they will find a store where they can find some supplies and a police station which is a mini dungeon that will end in them finding the key.
General Store

The general store's first floor is a grocery section is consumables including multiple stimpacks. The store is also filled with protectrons that will become hostile if the player steals any of the consumables.
This store will give the player a break from the ghouls and provide them with healing items. The break comes with a catch of having to fight the protectrons.

The general store's second floor is a clothing and jewelry store. This floor is filled with materials and a lot of prewar money however there is also an assaultron.
This floor is made to be bones for clearing out the robots. The assultron is made to be a surprise threat for robbing the store.
Police Station
In the police station, the player will have to fight robots and find keys to unlock different parts of the station. The goal of this mini-dungeon is to get a key to the captain's office. The office will give them a key to the bank.

First floor
The first floor introduces the player to the hostile police bots. The first floor also allows me to make a larger area without making the building look larger than it does on the outside.

Second Floor (Hub)
This area acts as a central area for the dungeon.

Second Floor (1st wing / evidence room)
After fighting threw Protectrons in the hallway of the 1st wing they will find an evidence room that has the key to unlocking the second wing.

The Captains office
In the captain's office, the player will find weapons, ammo, and, the key to the bank. If the player has a high lock pick skill they can open a safe that holds a unique 10mm pistol called the peacemaker.
After fighting through 2 assaultrons in the hallway of the 2nd wing they will find a holding room that has the key to unlocking the Captain's office. The player will also have to fight a legendary ghoul in a holding cell. The ghoul acts as a boss for the dungeon.
The Bank

First floor
This floor fills a similar role as the first floor of the police station. This floor also sets the tone for the second floor.

Second Floor
This is the final battle of the mod. The player has to get to the door they have the option to use stealth to get past them or they can take them on.

The vault
The players are rewarded for exploring the bank with a lot of prewar money.
